The New Mexico Center for Housing Law (NMCHL) is dedicated to promoting housing stability and justice for people of the state of New Mexico.
We're housing advocates devoted to advancing the rights of New Mexicans in the housing space.
NMCHL is currently focused on housing efforts related to source of income discrimination, eviction sealing, and local control over rent regulation in Home Rule municipalities, among others.
